One coordinated clinical service, designed specifically for the workplace. Illness, injury, allied health and specialists, all managed within a single platform with complete employer visibility.
Docto is built on the same principle as your own medical department: access to genuine healthcare, with certificates issued only where clinically appropriate.
The question employers ask is not whether a doctor is external. It is whether the service delivers genuine clinical assessment or simply makes certificates easier to obtain. Docto is built to answer that clearly. A certificate is a clinical outcome, not the product.
Docto's practitioners are AHPRA-registered and work under senior specialist oversight, to the same standards as any treating doctor. Consistent decision-making, appropriate certification and a focus on fitness for work are built into how the service operates, not left to individual discretion.
Every interaction is visible to the employer. Dashboards show utilisation, return-to-work outcomes and referral activity, so you see the clinical quality behind each certificate, not just the certificate count. That visibility is what makes a third-party medical service accountable rather than a black box.
One service, scaled to your workforce. Each tier includes everything in the one before it.
From reactive to evidence-based. Every consultation, certificate, referral and diagnosis flows into a single clinical record, giving you aggregate visibility to act before incidents become claims.
Total days unfit for work by period, role, department or location. Fit-with-restrictions versus fully unfit, giving you an accurate picture of real workforce capacity at any time.
Radiology referral volumes by modality (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound). Specialist referrals by discipline, and physiotherapy and psychology utilisation, so you can see exactly where clinical spend is going.
Aggregate diagnosis categories across your workforce (musculoskeletal, psychological, respiratory and more) with trend lines across reporting periods. Identify what is actually making your people unwell.
Mechanism of injury, body region, task and location mapping. Repeat injury identification by role or individual, appropriately de-identified, so you can see where risk is concentrated before it escalates.
Causative factor analysis identifying ergonomic, procedural and environmental contributors, designed to feed directly into WHS risk registers, toolbox talks and safety investment decisions.
The membership covers platform access, clinical workflows, the employer dashboard and reporting, and the non-work illness consult allowance for your tier (3, 6, 12 or 15 consults per month). Workplace injury and specialist consultations are billed separately at WorkCover gazetted rates.
Each tier includes a set number of non-work illness consults per month within the membership fee. Additional illness consults beyond the allowance are billed at $85 each. Allowances do not roll over to the following month.
Available from FastCare Plus. Reporting covers absence and capacity, clinical referral activity, aggregate diagnostic profile, injury pattern analysis and preventable risk reporting. Reports are aggregate and appropriately de-identified, designed to feed into WHS risk registers and safety planning.
Available on FastCare Complete. The duty doctor line connects workers directly to a qualified clinician at any hour, not a triage bot or call centre. It is designed for after-hours incidents: a late-shift injury, overnight illness, or a worker unsure whether they need to present to an emergency department.
A standard EAP is built around counsellors and mental health support. FastCare provides medical clinical depth: doctors, not counsellors, handling physical illness, injury triage, certificates of capacity, specialist referrals and workers compensation workflows. The two are complementary, not the same service.
